ServiceTitan Terms of Use 5(e): after termination, on request, ServiceTitan makes commercially reasonable efforts to export Customer Data, and need not keep it more than 60 days (ServiceTitan Terms of Use (last updated 16 September 2026), section 5(e) (Customer Data Export))

The export right in the terms is a post-termination request, fee possible, no guarantee of completeness, and a 60-day window. A business that means to license its field-service history should take its export while the account is live.
