ServiceTitan Terms of Use 10(ii): ServiceTitan may train AI models only to provide the Service to that customer, and will not use Customer Data to train models for any third party (ServiceTitan Terms of Use (last updated 16 September 2026), section 10(ii) (License to Customer Data))

The booking-system terms read that go furthest toward the customer on AI: ServiceTitan commits not to train models for third parties on Customer Data. It limits ServiceTitan, not the customer, and the customer's own licence to a buyer is not restricted in this clause.

“to (1) provide, maintain, secure, and improve the ServiceTitan Technology, (2) train, tune, and improve AI models solely to provide the Service to Customer, and (3) create Aggregate Data. ServiceTitan will not (1) use Customer Data to train AI models for the benefit of any third party or any model made generally available to other customers or (2) attempt to re-identify Aggregate Data.”
