ServiceTitan Terms of Use 10(iv): for a franchisee, the franchisor owns all Customer Data, and the franchisee agrees not to seek a mass export without the franchisor's consent (ServiceTitan Terms of Use (last updated 16 September 2026), section 10(iv) (Franchisee Data))

The one clause in the booking systems read that bars an export outright: a franchisee on ServiceTitan does not own its Customer Data unless its franchise agreement says so, and may not seek a mass export without the franchisor's consent. A franchised trades business cannot offer its records alone.
