Mark a Mozilla Data Collective dataset non-exclusive at upload if you sell the same data elsewhere

Anyone aged 18 or over who holds the rights may list a dataset, with no organisation needed. The provider licenses end users directly under its own terms, set per dataset (openly licensed, community-governed or priced), and warrants that it has every right and consent needed to upload it. The licence a provider gives Mozilla Data Collective to host the data is exclusive unless the provider marks a dataset non-exclusive on its datasheet at upload, and the opt-out costs the proactive protection MDC gives its exclusive datasets. Datasets holding personal data, biometric data, health information or data on under-18s are barred unless MDC approves them in writing. The terms contain no provision for paying contributors or communities; the home page's line that every download sends money back to the people who made the dataset is not a term.
