Read the payout clock, not the sale date: every platform that states one starts it when the buyer has paid
AWS Data Exchange disburses monthly and only after the subscriber has paid. Snowflake pays 30 days after the consumer has paid in full. Google Cloud Marketplace pays typically on the 21st of each month. Troveo has no fixed payout schedule: it pays only after the content has been licensed, the client invoiced and its payment received (and, for footage, deals can take 4 to 5 months from delivery to payout). Mozilla Data Collective follows the provider's own Stripe schedule and makes no promise on timing. None of them pays on signature of the deal.
