What can be generated, the buyers generate themselves: sell the real-world grounding instead
micro1, the largest of the intake firms by run rate, says it invests "in building data generation models to make high-quality datasets and RL environments dramatically less expensive and more abundant"; Snorkel says "Expert-authored seeds expand into controlled coverage ... through templated generation"; Prism says "Synthetic data still depends on real-world grounding"; Collinear says the environments it builds are "expanded synthetically from what you send" (held clause collinear--licence). The buyers treat generation as their own cost-cutting tool and real records or expert seeds as the input it needs.

- Ask every buyer for the non-exclusive price and the exclusivity premium as two separate lines
- If you grant exclusivity, bound it by term, scope and a performance trigger
