Find out whether the buyer starts from exclusive or non-exclusive before you read its price
Buyers of company records and code start from different defaults. Polyshares says its licence is exclusive by default unless it agrees otherwise, and Labelbox's Prism says its data partnerships are structured as exclusive by default in the vast majority of cases. pre.dev, Google's Content Offer Pilot and HUMXN's licence template start from non-exclusive, and Newsflare asks that footage be exclusive to it for AI licensing only.
