No buyer names WhatsApp: the buyers that name chat name Slack, Teams and Google Chat, and the conversation broker says to check the platform's terms first
None of the pages of thirteen buyers and brokers of company records (Abaka AI, Appen, Centific, Collinear, Corpus Bridge, Grepped, Handshake, Mercor, micro1, Mode, Pewter, Scale, Turing) names WhatsApp. Scale lists chat and messaging as Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat with full histories and threads intact; Mercor's scope lists Slack workspace messages, channels and threads and says the more tools a company shares, the higher the payout; Corpus Bridge, which brokers conversation data, says a company's conversations hold more personal data than any other category and that a platform's API terms are the thing to check first.
