micro1 says compensation is based on "the quality, uniqueness, and value of the data" and puts "Highly unique, proprietary operational data" in its top $1M+ tier (held row micro1-tiers); Appen lists "Uniqueness: How rare the operational knowledge is, and whether it exists anywhere else" as a price factor; Scale screens for "Domain depth" that makes data "hard to replicate"; Prism says a long-running company's knowledge is "uniquely hard to recreate". SuperAnnotate reviews a sample for uniqueness before it values (held clause superannotate--other). SuperAnnotate wants records "hard to source anywhere else", Corpus Bridge says buyers check "whether anyone else has the same data", and SimpleClosure's chief executive says buyers place value on work "difficult to recreate".
