Mindbody Terms of Service 6.1: the customer owns Your Data, and Mindbody takes a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use it to develop its and its partners' businesses (Mindbody Terms of Service (last updated 20 March 2026), sections 6.1 and 18.32)
A studio, spa or salon on Mindbody owns its booking and client data as between itself and Mindbody, but Mindbody holds a perpetual licence over it that covers developing its partners' businesses too. The business must have the rights to give any buyer, and the aggregated slice is carved out of Your Data (next record).
