Mindbody Terms of Service 3.4: no systematic download and storage of Services content, and no robot, spider or scraper to gather it (Mindbody Terms of Service (last updated 20 March 2026), section 3.4 (Restrictions on Use), items (8) and (10))
A Mindbody customer should take its records out through Mindbody's own reports, export or API, not by a script that pulls pages: the terms bar systematic downloading and scraping of Services content. The clause is about how records are taken out, not about what the business may do with them afterwards.
