Housecall Pro Terms: by using the service the Pro consents to its User Data being used to train Housecall Pro's AI models, which may be retained in the models' knowledge base (Housecall Pro Terms & Conditions, Consent to Data Use and AI Integration)
A field-service business on Housecall Pro has already consented to its data training Housecall Pro's models, and that cannot be undone for data already in a model. A buyer asking for exclusivity or for data never used for training should be told this before it is promised.
