£223,147 in one quarter

The CLA reported that over 1,200 customers renewed on its new workplace generative AI permissions (reuse of published content to prompt AI tools, not AI training) in the first quarter of 2025/26, generating £223,147 of revenue attributable to them: the only measured collective-licence AI revenue it has published. Its separate Generative AI Training licence was still being launched with PLS and ALCS when the report came out.
