Cloudflare and Microsoft publish no price a publisher can expect, so neither is a market rate
Microsoft's Publisher Content Marketplace says publishers will be paid on delivered value and define their own terms, and states no price, fee or revenue share. Cloudflare's pay per crawl lets a site owner set a price per zone and stayed in closed beta; in July 2026 Cloudflare moved toward paying by use through Ceramic.ai and You.com, and no pricing was disclosed for either.
