Square General Terms of Service: the seller keeps its content, and grants Square a perpetual, sublicensable licence for Block's business purposes including training models (Square General Terms of Service (last updated 27 October 2026), section 5 (Your Content))
A business on Square (Square Appointments is one of its products) keeps its rights in what it uploads, but Square holds a perpetual licence that it may sublicense and may use to train its own models. Content is defined to include business information and other materials a seller provides, which on its face reaches booking details a seller enters. The terms show no bar on the seller licensing its own records to a buyer.
