SimplyBook.me Terms and Conditions for Users 7.2: the business is the data controller, SimplyBook.me the processor, and the business alone answers for its clients' consent (SimplyBook.me Terms and Conditions for Users (version 3.6, effective 30 September 2026), section 7.2)
SimplyBook.me takes no ownership or licence of the booking data in this clause; it holds it as processor for the business. The business therefore decides what happens to the records, and the business alone carries the duty to have its clients' consent for any use, which a sale to an AI buyer would have to be covered by.
