Dassault Systemes: software output may not be used to build competing software, including by AI model training (Dassault Systemes Customer License and Online Services Agreement (CLOSA), Indirect, USA, V13.2.1, Section 2.2 (Scope); the EMEA V13.2.1 text carries the same clause)
This is the strongest clause found. Dassault forbids a customer to use, or let a third party use, output of its software (content, data or results) to build software that competes or is meant to compete with Dassault, and names AI model training. A seller of SOLIDWORKS, CATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE files could be in breach if a buyer trains a competing CAD or simulation model on them, so the licence to the buyer should carry a no-competing-use term and the seller should ask what the buyer will build.
