Dassault Systemes: the customer owns data stored in the online services and licenses Dassault only to run its services (Dassault Systemes CLOSA (Indirect) USA V13.2.1, Section 10.1 (Customer Data) and Section 1 (definition of Customer Data))
For data stored in Dassault's online services (3DEXPERIENCE cloud), ownership stays with the customer and Dassault holds only a licence to provide, maintain and adapt its software and services. The text does not name AI training, and 'adapt' is wide enough that a seller should ask Dassault whether it covers it. Customer Data is defined as data stored in the Online Services, so files kept only on local disk are outside this clause.
