Altium: the customer keeps its designs and data, and Altium may use them to improve its products (Altium Master Services Agreement, October 2, 2025, Section 7.1 (Your Data))
Altium's agreement says the customer retains all rights in the files and designs it makes with Altium products and in what it uploads. The same section gives Altium a licence to use that data to develop, enhance and improve its own products and services, provided those products do not disclose the customer's proprietary models, designs or schematics to third parties. No clause names AI training, so how far that licence reaches is not spelled out.
