Altium: its products or their output may not be used to build a product that competes with Altium (Altium Master Services Agreement, October 2, 2025, Section 2.5.8 (Restrictions on Use))
Altium bars using its products or their output to develop or enhance a competing product. The agreement does not define 'output', so it is unclear whether PCB design files count, but a seller should keep a buyer who is building a competing EDA or PCB-design tool away from Altium-made archives, or write a no-competing-use term into the licence.
