Deepgram's documentation says the only customer data it stores and uses in future model training is data contractually included through its Model Improvement Partnership Program, and that a customer opts a request out by adding mip_opt_out=true to it. A company that transcribed its calls through such a provider should check which of its audio the provider already holds training rights to.
