Meta and businesses with Meta business accounts: legal or policy, websites, pages and content associated with a business's products or services
Meta's updated Commercial Terms take effect on 30 October 2026 and have businesses authorise Meta to crawl the domains, pages and URLs associated with their products or services. The clause states the purposes as providing, developing, improving, researching and maintaining advertising and business products, and keeping Meta's products secure.
