Expect a per-record price for conversation data to fall by more than half at each tenfold of volume: price a transcript set by the package, not by the record
PissedConsumer (WiserBrand), the only provider of US customer-call transcriptions with a public price ladder found, lists $2,000 for 10,000 records ($0.20 a record), $7,500 for 100,000 ($0.075), $20,000 for 1,000,000 ($0.02) and $60,000 or more for 16 million with daily updates (at least $0.00375). Each tenfold of records cuts the per-record price by 62.5% and then 73.3%, and the step to 16 million cuts it by a further 81.3%. The profile does not say how many of its records are calls.
