Records / Negotiation levers

Offer a profile, screenshots or a metadata scan before any sample: several buyers price without seeing a file

No buyer of company records or code states a sample size in files, rows, hours or a share; what several do state is that the first price comes before any file moves. Troveo verifies a company's data from screenshots (about an hour of the owner's time) and puts an anonymized profile (systems, years, volume, workflows) in front of buyers without the company's name; exports follow only when a buyer wants to go further. Abaka's Project Reborn has the owner run a local package that reads metadata only and writes a report the owner reads first, and gives a written offer within 14 days; the code never leaves the owner's machine before signing. DataVendor never samples repositories or raw data: buyers see metadata, redacted file trees, quality evidence and taskset previews, never the raw files.

In the source's own words
“You show us the data exists (screenshots are enough), we build the snapshot and put it in front of buyers, and buyers evaluate it without knowing whose it is. When one wants to go further, you run the exports with our guidance”
