An announced health-data contract total is a ceiling paid over deliveries, not money received
OneMedNet's home page advertises an initial foundation-model supply agreement of $11.5M+ in contract value (July 2026), yet its revenue from all data deliveries was $1.254 million in 2025 and $0.388 million in the first half of 2026, and the agreement does not appear among its July to October 2026 8-K filings. Tempus's $1.1 billion of remaining contract value assumes every option and opt-in is exercised and nothing is terminated, and its data contracts generally let the customer opt in or terminate after twelve months without penalty. The deals that paid cash at signing say so: Pathos paid Tempus $50 million upfront of a $200 million three-year licence.

- OneMedNet uses HIPAA Safe Harbor as its baseline and offers Expert Determination only when a use case needs it, de-identifying at the source across headers, free text and burned-in pixels; to providers it offers $0 upfront and a direct revenue share whenever their data is licensed.
- The big imaging brokers deliver under Safe Harbor; Expert Determination is a platform badge or an option, not the default
