Unity Asset Store Terms of Service: assets may not be used in AI training or in datasets for sale without consent (Unity Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA, Terms of Service section 3.8(v), last updated December 4, 2024)
A studio that bought Assets from the Unity Asset Store may not use them as AI or machine-learning training inputs, or include them in a dataset it sells or distributes, unless the asset's Provider or Unity consents. Store-bought assets inside an archive therefore need to be identified and either excluded or cleared before the archive is offered to an AI buyer.
