Suno Terms of Service: who holds the rights in a song made with Suno, by plan (Suno Inc., Terms of Service (date of last revision 10 August 2026, effective 3 September 2026), 'Pro and Premier Accounts' and 'Free or Basic Tier Accounts')
On a paid Pro or Premier plan Suno assigns the user whatever rights Suno holds in a song made from the user's prompts, while promising no copyright exists in it; the same terms limit free and basic plans to personal, non-commercial use. These terms govern Suno's users, not the labels and publishers whose catalogues train its models.
