Siemens: Siemens acquires no ownership of Customer Content, which includes the output of the software (Siemens Digital Industries Software Universal Customer Agreement (UCA), version 1.3 applicable from April 13, 2026, Section 6.3 (Customer Content Handling) and Section 1 (Definitions))
Siemens says it takes no ownership of Customer Content, and the UCA defines Customer Content as what the customer enters into an offering plus any output generated from it. A company's NX or Solid Edge design files and their output therefore stay its own to license, and the UCA itself has no clause that restricts AI training on them.
