Siemens: data made with Academic Offerings is unusable outside educational use and can taint other data it is combined with (Siemens Academic Supplemental Terms (code ACAD), version 3.3 applicable from September 6, 2024, Section 5 (Work Product and Data))
Siemens warns that files made on an academic NX or Solid Edge seat carry limitations that make them unusable outside education and public research, and that merging them with other data can spread those limits. Academic-edition files, and any archive they were combined into, should be kept out of a commercial AI dataset. The same terms bar commercial use of Academic Offerings outright.

“Work product and other data created with Academic Offerings contain certain limitations that make the data unusable outside the educational use or public research area. If Customer combines or links data created with an Academic Offering with other data, then such other data may also be affected by these limitations.”
