PTC: no API extraction of cloud data to train or build an AI model without PTC's written consent (PTC Master Software as a Service Agreement (May 2026), Section 3.6 (Batching/Artificial Intelligence); excludes Onshape and Arena)
A company that keeps CAD or PLM data in a PTC cloud service (Creo+, Windchill+ and the other SaaS offerings, but not Onshape) may not use the API to pull that data out for AI training, whether for itself or for distribution, without PTC's written consent. Before preparing a training dataset from PTC cloud data, a seller should get that consent or use the export route the agreement provides at the end of service.
