Onshape (PTC): free versions are for non-commercial creating and editing, commercial design work needs a paid plan (Onshape Terms of Use (PTC Inc., acting through its Onshape business unit), Effective Date July 15, 2020, Usage Restrictions, Trial or Free Versions)
Onshape's free plan is for non-commercial creating and editing, and a company that designs for commercial use must pay. Designs made on a free plan were therefore made outside the commercial licence as well as being public, and a seller should either exclude them or confirm they were made on a paid plan.
