PTC commits not to use Customer Data to train, retrain, fine-tune or otherwise improve its generally available AI and machine learning models, including large language models. The same section lets PTC use anonymised, aggregated usage data and metadata, and the commitment binds PTC's own use only, so it says nothing about what a customer may do with its own files.
