Hague Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters: status table (HCCH 2019 Judgments Convention, status table)

The Hague convention on enforcing foreign court judgments applies in the EU since 1 September 2023 and in the UK since 1 July 2025, but the United States has only signed it, in March 2022, and not ratified it. A court judgment between a US buyer and a holder abroad gets no treaty route to enforcement under it.
