Fresha Partner Terms: Partner Content includes the personal data of Partner Clients, and the Partner grants Fresha an irrevocable, sublicensable licence over it (Fresha Partner Terms of Business, definition of Partner Content and How we access and use the content of our Partners)
A salon or spa on Fresha gives Fresha a free, irrevocable licence over the client records it enters, and Fresha may sublicense and offer them to third parties. The Partner warrants that it owns the content. The terms do not say the Partner may not license its own copy.
