Ontario Limitations Act, 2002, sections 4 and 15(2): two years from discovery, fifteen years at most (Limitations Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 24, Sched. B, ss. 4, 15(2))

In Ontario a contract claim must be brought within two years of being discovered and never after fifteen years from the act behind it, which sets how long contract files are worth keeping there. Other provinces have their own statutes.
