ANPD international data transfer page: the European Union is the only adequacy decision so far (Resolution 32/2026), no decision for the United States (ANPD, International Affairs: International Data Transfer (English page), with Resolution CD/ANPD No. 32 of 26 January 2026)

The ANPD's own page names only the EU as recognised, so the United States is not on any Brazilian adequacy list and a transfer to a US buyer cannot rely on Article 33, item I. The same page says no equivalent standard clauses, specific clauses or binding corporate rules had been approved at the time of reading, so the practical routes are the ANPD standard clauses or consent.
