eeko systems

An AI agency's data practice that licenses companies' operational records, de-identified, to approved AI buyers without naming the company. Recorded here: 6 clauses of its contract in its own words.

eeko.systemsLatest record 22 Oct 2026

What it wants
Support tickets and chat, CRM and quotes, code with its reviews and incidents, accounting and operations records, job, claim and patient records, and calls, video and sensor data, with the outcomes attached.
What it publishes about price
"typical starting point $250 K+ for a single company's operational archive", and "you are paid per licence". Its own share of what buyers pay is not published.
Who it takes
No size or region rule published; it says a person replies "inside one business day" with the buyer demand and a number.
How the holder is paid
"A signed receipt lists every record delivered, and you are paid per licence." No timing is published.
Who removes personal data
eeko will "remove or mask names, faces, voices, and account numbers" and format the dataset, which the company approves before delivery.
What it pays for an introduction
"Earn 10% when eeko buys a business's data": 10% of what eeko pays on each deal, up to $100,000 per deal, repeat purchases within 12 months counted, "Paid within 30 days of closing" (its data referral partners page, eeko.systems/data-referral-partners).

We are not eeko systems's agent, partner or representative. If you hold data it might buy, we can put it in front of eeko systems and every other buyer that fits at the same time.

What eeko systems's contract says

The clauses eeko systems publishes for the people it buys data from, in its own words, the costliest first. “Our reading” is ours, not eeko systems's. These terms change: read the page itself before you sign.

  • When you are paid

The data goes to approved buyers without your company's name, with a signed receipt of every record delivered, and you are paid per licence.

“The dataset goes to approved buyers under confidentiality, with your company never named. A signed receipt lists every record delivered, and you are paid per licence.”

Our reading: A receipt of what was delivered is good practice, but no payment timing is published and eeko's own share is not stated.

  • Licence and use

Every eeko licence has an end date and a signed receipt of what was delivered; you keep ownership.

“Every licence has an end date and a signed receipt.”

Our reading: A fixed end date is the right shape, but the length is not published: ask for it, and for what happens to copies when the licence ends.

  • Exclusivity

eeko says a non-exclusive licence can go to several buyers and an exclusive one pays a premium for sole access over a term.

“A non-exclusive licence can go to several buyers, an exclusive one pays a premium for sole access over a term, and a standing feed of fresh records renews on a schedule.”

Our reading: The premium is stated and not sized: ask for the non-exclusive price and the premium as two lines, and for the term of any exclusive licence.

  • Who removes personal data

Before delivery eeko strips out or masks names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, faces and voices, binds every buyer by confidentiality terms that prohibit re-identification, and has you review and sign off the prepared dataset.

“Before delivery, names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, faces, and voices are stripped out or masked, and every buyer is bound by confidentiality terms that prohibit re-identification. You review and sign off the prepared dataset, and a signed delivery receipt records precisely what was handed over.”

Our reading: eeko does the removal and you approve the result, which is the split to prefer; the page does not name the standard it removes to or who performs it.

  • Other

eeko's form asks which systems, how many years and who owns the records, with no upload or system access, and a person replies within one business day with a number and which sources to include.

“Which systems, how many years, and who owns the records. The form below takes two minutes. No upload, no access to your systems, nothing shared. ... Inside one business day a person matches your sources against active buyer demand, gives you a number, and proposes which sources to include and which to leave out.”

Our reading: Nothing is uploaded and no access is given for the first number.

    eeko.systems, read 19 Oct 2026
  • Other

eeko says a standing feed of fresh records renews on a schedule.

“a standing feed of fresh records renews on a schedule”

Our reading: A renewal schedule is promised and none is published: agree its length and price in the first agreement.

Not published: Payment timing in days, Its share of the buyer's price, Licence length, Sublicensing, Any promise about earlier licences. Ask for each in writing.
